How to upgrade existing account without complete serial number

I acquired my Nitro Pro 14 through a special promotion (buy two, get one free).  Now, I'd like to upgrade the account, but don't have access to the whole serial number.  It starts with 504950.  Can you help?  Email: a******@thompsonconstructiongroup.com.

My account is the one we got for free.

Could you please confirm if you are referring to the Nitro Sign account? 
If so, creating a Nitro Sign account is free and it will trial the Essentials plan, you will just need to sign up with a valid email address. 
To sign up for an account, please go to https://cloud.gonitro.com and then click the Sign-up button.  

Nitro provides a 14-day trial (after sign-up) so users can experience the e-signing features of Nitro Sign Essentials. When the Nitro Sign Essentials trial period is expired, you will have the option to continue by paying for the subscription. 

Furthermore, serial numbers are used to activate the Nitro PDF Pro application installed on a Windows machine and not for Nitro Sign accounts.
