Deactivate - Activate does not work.

Hello! I want to activate Nitro on a new PC. Entering the serial number I get an error. So I submitted a support ticket. Entering name, email and serial number.

Click on "find license" and appears a table with my license number, 

Version 12
Status Active
Number of Activations 0
Number of Activations Allowed 2

 

By clicking "Activat" appears a field "license.gonitro.com enthält
Please select devices to deactivate.

But there appears no device to deactivat, because number of activations = 0

What to do?

However, please note that according to our Sunset Policy (available at Sunset Policy), we ceased introducing new feature enhancements for version 12 after the release of version 13.

If you decide to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12, you can find the installer for both x32 and x64 architectures using the links below:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

Once you have downloaded the installer, you can activate Nitro Pro 12 using your current Nitro Pro 11 serial number.

Thanks Leslie! I downloaded version 12 and everything works fine as it seems. By the way, I am very satisfied with Nitro !
