Need license number for included upgrade to 14

Hello, I bought NitroPro 13 in a promotion with the upgrade to 14 upon its release. I received no email about this and the website upgrade page won't verify my 13 serial number to upgrade to the new version.

You offered me an upgrade to Nitro Pro vs. 14 with a 40% discount via email on 06/30/2023. I am currently still using Nitro Pro 13. The serial number below has not been validated on your website. As a result, I could not upgrade.

I have the same problem. Bought Version 13 in 2019. Had now a new laptop and the serial number

504915596901xxxxxx do not run with V14.

What should I do?

Your existing serial number is a version 13 license and it will only work on Nitro PDF Pro 13.
If you need to activate Nitro PDF Pro 14, you will need a version 14 license. 

You can upgrade your existing license to version 14 through our Upgrade Portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade
After the upgrade, you will receive a new serial number which is a version 14 license. This version 14 serial number can activate a Nitro PDF Pro 14 installation.
