Activation issue using the right version and following certificate copy paste instructions

I tried the with the correct version link of Nitro PDF 12 you posted in other discussion threads and went through the certificate copy and paste on the website listed. I'm still getting error message that will not activate my license.

Please help activate.

Please provide the following details so we could better troubleshoot your activation issues:

1. The serial number that you will use to activate Nitro PDF Pro.
2. The version and exact build of your Nitro PDF Pro. This can be located when you open Nitro PDF Pro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

Hi Thank you for the response. I noticed there was an activation place when I looked up the build and tried my serial number using that activation and it worked.
