Sean Maloney Posted July 6, 2023 Report Posted July 6, 2023 I am having massive problems with this too. Had a computer die, got a new one, trying to reactivate my license, and having no success. Says that license/serial number is invalid, yet on my receipt/purchase history page, with the invoice, shows the detailed serial number as well as the cleverbridge reference number. What is going on here?
Sean Maloney Posted July 6, 2023 Report Posted July 6, 2023 Nevermind, was able to get a live support person, through the chat window, Emilio D., thank goodness for him, as he verified my serial number, and was able to get me back into NitroPDF pro successfully.
