The only one that I can find with my logged in mail is one that i purchased in 2015. It could possibly be under another of my personal accounts. dave*****@yahoo.com david.*****@aol.com Is there any other way to recover a license if it is not one of these? Unfortunately, I am not seeing any Nitro PDF Pro license purchase on your Yahoo and AOL email addresses. The only license purchase I found is the 2015 purchase under bottomholeassurance email address. Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted July 23 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted July 23 Greetings @David Patin Old licenses are eligible for a discounted upgrade price through our Upgrade Portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade After the upgrade, you will receive a new serial number which is a version 14 license.
