Version 13 serial numbers not recognized for version 14 upgrade

I have the following Serial numbers:

None could be validated on the upgrade page. Could you please let me know how to go about upgrading.

On the web page, please enter your serial numbers one at a time and follow the provided instructions. This will enable you to obtain a new Nitro Pro 14 serial key along with the necessary installation files.
