Help Me Fix My Activation Problem

Hello,

I purchased Nitro PDF Pro on 03/16/23 and was using a personal laptop for work purposes, but now I am using a company laptop. I have gone onto my old laptop and deactivated the product on that computer. I have done the portal license thing and it says I can have two activations, but currently have 0. This is a huge run around, and frustrating when I can not get a customer support representative on the phone to address this. When I put my serial number into my work laptop it says it doesn't exist, contrary to what the portal license thing says. I would like to use the product I purchased, but no I do not want to have to upgrade for the product to work. Can someone help fix this? Thank you.

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall what you have and get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.
