Barton Family Lawyers Posted July 10, 2023 Report Posted July 10, 2023 We have stopped receiving the automatic alert emails when the document that has been sent for signing has been opened and signed by the recipient. Please advise how to fix this problem.

We are pleased to inform you that the reported issue has been successfully resolved. The Nitro Sign team has implemented a fix, which has resolved the underlying problem. As a result, all customers should now be receiving the 'signing complete' email as expected. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
