Upgrade cost and unable to validate your serial number message

Really enjoyed your program in the time I have been using it.  Was looking at upgrading it and get the message "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue."  when I bought it through Cleverbridge I thought I bought an upgrade package but that may have expired.  What is the price for an upgrade and how do you do it.  Since it said message reviewed by moderator, please remover serial and reference number id posted to public view

I have the same issue.  My serial numbers are 504938xxxx and one other on my desktop.

Can you also confirm how long the license allows for upgrades before they stop?  That is not clearly disclosed in the purchasing process.  Suggest clear disclosure of this to customers.

That worked, thank you.  Program seems to work well. I did like the orange borders on version 13 better but that is a small issue.  Upgrade was easy

Licenses purchased online are perpetual and do not have an expiration. You can anytime upgrade your existing license to the latest version through our Upgrade Portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade

Please provide the complete details of your serial numbers so we could check their access to the Upgrade Portal.
