Matt Wynn Posted July 11 Report Share Posted July 11 Recently purchased new computer, trying to get activation code from previous installation but you need the code to submit a ticket, VERY poor system of support. In the "Help" section within the software, the serial number has the first 6 digits visible and the last 12 X'ed out. My receipt doesn't have the code so not sure how I'm supposed to activate on another machine if I'm not provided the info I need. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall what you have and get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, activate with your version 13 serial number.
