Need to deactivate serial number for new device.

Hi there, I just need to deactivate the serial number (504***************) so that I can use it on a new computer with Nitro PDF.

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

You can use our license portal to perform a deactivation. You can access the portal through the link below:
https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal 

Enter your serial number then click Deactivate to deactivate an activation. Please note that the Deactivation can be used if the 'Number of Activations' is not zero. 
To use your license, please ensure that you install Nitro PDF Pro 13. The installer can be located from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

After the installation, you can activate by navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate.

Hi Reymund, 

Thank you. I have deactivated the serial number and have attempted to download Nitro Pro 13, but am faced with the error. I have tried to reinstall it twice, and it's not getting blocked by an antivirus program.

I am able to download Nitro Pro 14 fine and use the free trial, but obviously cannot license the software as the serial number is for 13. Is there a way that we can get nitro pro 13 downloaded?

Error: 'The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem'

Please try to install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the MSI installer. Please refer to the download links below:

64bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.4.50/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi 
32bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.4.50/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi

Once installed, activate it using your version 13 license.
