Moving to a new PC

Hi, 

I bought a single license in Oct 2022. Now I followed the instructions found at https://www.gonitro.com/blog/move-nitro-pro and deactivated the product on my old PC and tried to reactivate it on my new one.

 

However, when I tried to activate it on my new PC, it says, "the serial number entered does not exist". What can I do to solve this issue? Thanks

Thanks for your message - I'm happy to assist you.

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall what you have and get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.
