Nitro Pro 12 2nd licence activation problem

Dear Support,

I have two licences included with my Nitro PDF Pro 12 product. I recently installed Nitro Pro 12 on my new laptop and after some challenges (the usual) managed to activate this install.

However, I attempted to use the install on my old desktop PC and it stated TRIAL EXPIRED. I attempted an activation using my serial # (this would be licence # 2 of 2) and a message appeared stating that I have exceeded the licences attached to my version of 12.

Please help!
