Grumpy1 Posted July 17, 2023 Report Share Posted July 17, 2023 (edited) Good Day, I recently purchased "Nitro PDF Pro 14 - Upgrade Upgrade to the latest version of Nitro PDF Pro" on Cleverbridge, July 6, 2023. This morning I received an email that my "Nitro trial has expired" and the header on the emails all say Nitro Sign. I didn't sign up for Nitro Sign, I have no occasion to use it and furthermore I cannot log into my existing Nitro PDF Pro software. I attempted to use the help, to no avail. Please advise. In checking your version 14 license, it seems you have not used it yet to activate Nitro PDF Pro 14. On your computer, please ensure that you have Nitro PDF Pro 14. You can check this by opening the Nitro PDF Pro application and navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version is Nitro PDF Pro 14.x.x.x, click the Activate button then enter your version 14 license. However, if the version is not Nitro PDF Pro 14, please install this version using the installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 14' link. Once Nitro PDF Pro 14 is installed, you can activate it by opening the application, navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering the serial number then clicking Activate.
