Greetings @Vicente Lanz

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

You can use our license portal to perform deactivation. The license portal can be accessed here https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal
To deactivate, enter your serial number then click Deactivate.
Please note that the Deactivation will work if there's an active Number of Activations (not zero). If the Number of Activations is zero, proceed with installing the Nitro PDF Pro version that matches your serial number.

For the Nitro PDF Pro 12 installer, please use the installer below:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq

After installation, you can activate Nitro PDF Pro 12 using your version 12 license.
To activate, open Nitro PDF Pro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate.

Kind regards,

Greetings @Vicente Lanz

Were you able to install the required build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 on the computer?
If so, could you please launch Nitro PDF Pro and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro? Please provide the version and complete build (ex: Nitro Pro 12.x.x.x).

Kind regards,
