Mallory Deckard
I'm running Version 13 on my computer and every time I try to save a PDF that has been modified in some way, the program crashes and I have to force it closed. It looks like others are having the same issues and no support member has responded. I keep trying to submit a support ticket, but there appears to be no actual way to do it - you just keep getting redirected to this community forum which is incredibly frustrating. I need to know how to fix this issue. If I have to upgrade and purchase version 14 I am going to another company.
Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted July 23 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted July 23 Greetings @Mallory Deckard Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. Could you please confirm if you are accessing and saving the modified PDF to a Google (G: ) drive? If so, are you getting the same behavior if you try saving the modified PDF directly to your local drive? To do this, click File > Save As in Nitro PDF Pro then save the file to your local drive. Kind regards,

Mallory Deckard
Yes, I am saving the PDF to a Google drive that is located on my desktop. I just tried doing the same by saving to my local drive and it didn't crash. However, this creates extra work for me if I have to do this every time. Is the problem with Google drive, and if so, is there a solution other than what you stated?
