Moving to new Computer - serial number is XXXXXed out in About NitroPro 14

Trying to activate NITRO PRO 14 on a new laptop.  In About NITRO PRO 14 in Help in the application the serial number is X'ed out with the exception of the first 6 digits.  The invoice document DOES NOT include the serial number.  I can't raise a support ticket because I don't have my serial number.  There's no information about my purchase when I log in to NITRO's website.  I tried accessing information via the support link on the cleverbridge invoice but for some reason it only has data related to an old Nitro PDF 12 purchase i made years ago.  Can anyone help me to get my serial number from NITRO PRO?  I have invoice number, purchase reference number etc.  Purchase was made less than a month ago.  Incredibly frustrating!
