Removal of Nitro Watermark on my documents

Does anyone know how to remove the Nitro watermark from the left corner of the documents?  Also, is anyone else unhappy with Nitro as a provider?  There is basically zero customer support when you need it.

I understand you want to know how to remove watermarks from your document.

If you use Nitro PDF Pro for Mac or PDFpen, please follow the steps and link below.

You can remove a watermark from any page or range of pages:  

1. Open the sidebar and choose Thumbnails.
2. Select the thumbnails of the pages you want to remove watermarks from or Shift+Click to select all.
3. Choose Edit > Watermark > Remove Watermark from Selected Pages

If you use Nitro PDF Pro for Windows,

Kindly follow the steps below and check the link for further guidance: 
1. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Marks group, click the arrow under Watermark and select Remove Watermarks from the menu.
2. A dialog asks you to confirm the removal of all watermarks. Click OK.
