Network mapped printers not appearing when printing from Nitro Pro and Reader

I have multiple workstations and Terminal Servers where users network printers are not available to print when they are trying to print pdf's using either Nitro Reader or Nitro Pro. This is true for both 10 and 11 versions. The printers are there and are available in all other apps, they just randomly don't appear in Nitro. The weird part is the user can logout and then log back on and usually this gives them their printer back in Nitro. This is a real pain. Does anybody have any similar issues and any workaround/fix?
