slyydawg
When sending a document for signature, Nitro Sign asks for the signer's name and email address. That's great. But when sending a new document after that, if the new signer is a different person using the same email address, Nitro Sign uses the original name instead of the one that I have just given for the new document. This is a bug, and now my client is annoyed that the system has just used the name of the previous president instead of her name as the current president. Please fix this bug. When I give Nitro Sign the name and email address of one of the signers of the document, those are the name and email address that should be used, not what may have been done historically on a previous document. Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted May 6 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted May 6 Greetings @slyydawg Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! Currently, Nitro Sign remembers the email addresses previously typed in the recipient field. If you need to change the name of the remembered information, you can proceed by selecting the remembered details and editing the Name field before clicking the Add button. There is an existing suggestion/feature request in the Nitro Sign Product Improvement page related to a directory or address book to save frequent contacts, If you are interested in adding your vote, here are the links to the suggestions: Kind regards,
