Lizenz Problem

Guten Tag, ich wollte bei einem Kunden von mir die Lizenz umziehen auf den neuen PC. Das Problem ist aber das die von der Lizenz nur die ersten 6 Ziffern angezeigt wird. Ich bin genau nach der Anleitung vorgegangen. Wie bekomme ich jetzt die Lizenz richtig angezeigt.
