I purchased NITRO PRO 13 on 12.06.2023.  My account reads:  NITRO PRO PREMIUM PROMO !  It is now requiring that I sign into the cloud to use Nitro. 

Additionally when I enter the Activation Box & insert my license, if I open "Advanced" it says the license has expired! 

Love Nitro when it works.  We are long-time users of Nitro - but it is holding up my work-product today!  HELP PLEASE!
