Peppe Santoro Posted April 17 Report Share Posted April 17 Hi, I am having a similar issue on a couple of PCs following an IT refresh but it's not due to using the wrong version of Nitro because when were deactivating and uninstalling the software in preparation for our swap only the serial numbers available on some (but not all) of the machines had lots of XXX after the initial numbers. For example, one was 504928XXXXXXXXXXXX. We noted advanced information in relation to the full computer IDs because we anticipated this would be a problem. But there is no way of logging a ticket without the serial numbers. I don't know why you would keep customers' serial numbers confidential even from those customers themselves.
