Impossible to submit a support ticket; change size of text in toolbars.

I tried to submit a support ticket, but it's impossible to do so.  When I click on "Submit a Support Ticket," my only choice seems to come back to the Community Forum, which doesn't have an answer to my question.  This is my best guess at submitting a support ticket.  What is going on?
 

Question 1:  How does someone submit a support ticket?

Question 2:  Previously, I could change the size of the text in the toolbars so that they would be easier to read.   This was done with User Preferences.  Now when I go to File/Preferences/General, there is no option to do this.  HOW DO I CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE TEXT IN THE TOOLBARS, DROPDOWN LISTS, ETC.???

Nitro VIP access allows you to submit cases for support. However, we no longer sell VIP access.
Accounts with active subscriptions give access to the support case submission. For more details, please refer to the 'What is Nitro VIP Access' in our FAQ section (link below):

You can post a topic on our Community Forum page. There are moderators and users who are happy to answer questions and share input.

Regarding the size of the text in the Toolbars, at the moment, Nitro PDF Pro 14 does not have the capability to adjust the size, including the color of the ribboof the toolbar te,xts and icons.
