Kristin Heppe Posted April 23 Report Share Posted April 23 When we send an email through the NitroPro app to our colleagues and people in our company address book who are approved senders, the sender's name shows up as "Unknown Sender" instead of the sender's name. When the recipient opens the email, they can see that I am the sender, but in the inbox list of emails, it does not show a name. What can I do to the NitroPro email settings so that Microsoft recognizes me as the email's actual sender? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
