Issue with Nitro License Activation

Dear Nitro Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you regarding an issue I have encountered while attempting to reinstall my Nitro license on my computer.

Recently, I performed a full reset of my computer, and as part of the process, I needed to reinstall several applications, including Nitro. However, when trying to input my license serial number, the system indicates that the number is incorrect and prompts me to contact technical support.

My Nitro version is 13.9.1.155, which I purchased in March 2020. I have both the purchase serial number and the email with the cleverbridge payment reference number. Additionally, upon checking my license on the corresponding portal, I notice that out of the two allowed activations, only one is currently active.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on the steps I should take to reinstall the application on my computer. Could you please provide me with detailed instructions on how to proceed in this situation?

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

If that does not work, please send me your serial number so I can check. I was unable to find anything using the email address you are using.

Hello @Hector Alarcon

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13. Please uninstall the version you installed.
And then get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.

I purchased Nitro PDF Professional v.6 in 2011 and have my serial number.  I recently upgraded my computer and need help with installation and activation.

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 6 and its activation servers have been shut down. You may refer to our Sunset Policy here: https://www.gonitro.com/legal/sunset-policy
