I am reaching out to you regarding an issue I have encountered while attempting to reinstall my Nitro license on my computer. Recently, I performed a full reset of my computer, and as part of the process, I needed to reinstall several applications, including Nitro. However, when trying to input my license serial number, the system indicates that the number is incorrect and prompts me to contact technical support. My Nitro version is 13.9.1.155, which I purchased in March 2020. I have both the purchase serial number and the email with the cleverbridge payment reference number. Additionally, upon checking my license on the corresponding portal, I notice that out of the two allowed activations, only one is currently active. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on the steps I should take to reinstall the application on my computer. Could you please provide me with detailed instructions on how to proceed in this situation?
