the PDF files in download folder do not open with Nitro Pro ver 14

I get the following error when I try to open PDF documents I have downloaded

 

the error display " ...could not be opened because its open parameters are invalid or incomplete ...."

I understand you have issues opening PDF files using Nitro PDF Pro 14.

There is a chance that the PDF file you downloaded is corrupted, but we'll go ahead and check.

I would love to know more about the issue. I have several questions for you:

- Can you open the file using a different application like Adobe or a web browser?
- Is the issue file-specific, or is it happening in all files?
- Can you please send us sample files so we can check the file and replicate the issue?
