Nitro is unable to open certain PDF files that Summatra and Acrobat have no issues with

From time to time I come across PDFs that Bitro claims are invalid or corrupted and will not display them.  However Summatra or Acrobat have no problems displaying them.

I came across another one the other day.

Can I send you one to see if you can explain it?

I understand that some files can't be opened using Nitro PDF Pro.

I would love to know more about the issue. I have several questions for you:

- What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab 
- Can you please send us sample files so we can check the file and replicate the issue?
