Nitro App on my new Windows laptop is saying my Serial Number doesnt exist?

The Nitro App on my new Windows laptop is saying the serial number does not exist. It does, because I am able to log in to view it on their website. I have deactivated all licenses, so there's no reason it is not appearing?

I understand you are getting an error when activating Nitro using your serial number.

Issues can occur if you are using a version of Nitro PDF Pro that requires a different activation method or a totally different version of Nitro.

If you have a Nitro PDF Pro 13 license, kindly make sure Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed to activate; same rule applies if your license is for 14 or 12.

I can also verify the license on my end and you can post the serial number here (it will be masked for your license security) or message me directly so I can provide you with t he correct installer for your license.
