Activation won't work using serial number

I have attempted to reset the serial number and it suggest it should now work but continues to say it does not exist. I'm literally pulling the serial number directly from the purchase email.

Please help.

I understand you are having issues activating Nitro PDF Pro due to an error.

I checked your serial number on our end, and I can confirm it's a valid Nitro PDF Pro 12 serial.
Issues can occur if you are using a different version of Nitro.

To activate, please uninstall your current version of Nitro PDF Pro and install the Nitro PDF Pro 12 version linked off the following page: https://www.gonitro.com/installers/business/v12/msi/download

Once downloaded and installed, activate it with your current Nitro PDF Pro 12 serial number.

We do recommend upgrading to our latest version, V14, which comes with significant stability and security improvements and many feature enhancements, particularly in conversion and OCR functions.
