Unable to activate Nitro Pro 14 - Windows 10 - New License - 0 Activations

Hello,

I am unable to activate my Nitro Pro 14 license.

The license is freshly purchased with 0 prior activations.

I get error -20 "Invalid license number" when I either paste the code from the order confirmation page, or type it manually.

I am unable to submit a support ticket as it just forces me into a loop of identifying myself->my issue->back to start.

Please assist ASAP.
