Julia Lowe Posted May 2 Report Share Posted May 2 Hi, Could I please have some help with this current Nitro Pro issue I am having? A few of our staff members are reporting having an issue with opening a PDF from a core business application that is used every day. When we try to open this PDF from the application with Nitro Pro, we receive the following error: c:\user\###\AppData\Local\Temp\###.pdf could not be opened because its open parameters are invalid or incomplete. If this is a cloud document, make sure you are properly logged in to the cloud provider. From what I have read from past forms from people who have had the same issue, normally updating to the latest version fixes the issue. However, I have tried that, and it did not resolve our problem. Our current version is: 13.70.4.50 And we upgraded to version 14 and still had issues. Also test opening the PDF the same way with Adobe, and that worked with no issues. When opening the affected files with Adobe, even if you don't change anything and proceed with closing the PDF, does Adobe ask if you want to save the changes?
