Change of user

WE have the perpetual licence for Nitro Pro 13 for individual.

 

One of our staff have since left us and we are now using her licence for the new staff. No problem activating it on the computer app.

When we login to the Nitro Sign using the new staff email, it says trial has expired and ask her to buy now. How do we transfer from the old staff email to the new staff email

Kindly note that 'Nitro PDF Pro' and 'Nitro Sign' do not share the same license, so they cannot be transferred. Also, in the past, Nitro Sign was bundled with Nitro PDF Pro but is now decoupled as a separate license.

If the user with the email address 'ch----lle@one----ca.co.nz' needs a Nitro Sign account, she needs to purchase a 'Nitro Pro - Subscription'
