Email as Attachment sends twice

We have one user (out of about 40) when he uses the "Share" menu tab and clicks on "Email as Attachment" it will send the email twice with a slight delay between the emails. If he goes to Outlook and attaches a PDF from there, it only goes once.

Has anyone seen anything like that before? It's only him.

We are on Nitro Pro 13.70.7.60.

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

Nitro PDF Pro does not have control over the email process, and it only launches the email client when clicking the 'Email as Attachment' option.
After that, the user will fill in the Recipient address and Subject before clicking Send (the rest of the workflow is with Outlook).

I have not seen this issue, and since this is isolated to one user, you may try removing Nitro PDF Pro using our cleanup tool and then reinstalling it.
