Hello, my notebook was broken so i bought a new one, but i cant use my license on my new notebook, please help... my reference number is 326******. Thank you...

In checking the provided order reference number, I see version 13 licenses. 
Could you please describe the error message you receive when activating the software? 
Please also provide the version and build of your Nitro PDF Pro. The details are in the application under the Help tab > About Nitro PDF Pro (example: Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x)
