Shelley 1 Report post Posted March 8, 2017 I just upgraded from NitroPDF 10 to 11. This is probably a stupid question, but I can't seem to figure out how to get the option to convert files to PDF in my folder windows. It used to be that I could open my file tree, select, say, 5 Word documents, and then right-click to pull up the menu and select "Convert to PDF using NitroPDF". I think there were actually two Nitro options, but that's the one I used most. After the upgrade, this feature disappeared and I can't find an option/preference, etc. to get it back, nor could I find an answer in the forum. Help please? Thank you! Hopefully all you have to do is do a repair of Nitro 11- http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001641 If that didn't work, you'll want to submit a ticket here: https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket as the feature you're describing is definitely supposed to be present & working in Nitro 11. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Thanks, Steven! I repaired the installation and it popped up just like always. Guess my installation was bad from the get-go. I thought I was just missing some super obvious setting somewhere, so thanks for saving me what would probably have been hours or days of more frustration!
