Request for Streamlined Nitro Software Update Process

Greetings,

I am reaching out to suggest an enhancement to the Nitro software update mechanism. Our company has a substantial number of Nitro users, having recently transitioned from Adobe to Nitro. The transition has been largely positive; however, we have identified a key area for improvement.

Currently, when users receive notifications to update Nitro, they are unable to complete the installation due to the requirement for administrative permissions. This has led to an increased number of calls to our IT helpdesk for support.

To alleviate this issue, I propose the implementation of a more seamless upgrade process. Ideally, this would mirror the user-friendly approach taken by Adobe, where updates are installed with a single click, bypassing the need for additional permissions.

Implementing such a process would significantly reduce the burden on our IT helpdesk and provide a more efficient and frustration-free experience for our users.
