Upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro v14 with Serial Number v12

Dear my team, I have trouble validate serial number to upgrade Nitro PDF PRO v14 with key v12, Do you help me give information to activate it ?

Please note we no longer support Nitro PDF Pro 9 as this particular version of our software has reached the end of life, and its activation servers have been shut down.

The version is 12, not 9 ?? I have a liscence page showing it is active.

I don't use nitro enough to want to spend a fortune on an upgrade.

Please give some advice.
