Lost add-in to run Nitro Pro 14.28.4.2 on MS Word 2019 in Windows

Followed directions found in forum, but add-in failed and I can't see menu option for Nitro Pro.  How do I get it back in?

To reinstall the Add-in, please go to Help > Support Tools.

I attached a screenshot as a reference.

If you are still having issues or getting an error in doing so, please try the following.

Browse to the location where Nitro PDF Pro is installed
                 By default for V14: C:\Program Files\Nitro\PDF Pro\14
         
Locate NitroPDFSupportTools.exe and run this application as an Admin.

In the Support Tools dialog, select the PDF Creation tab. 
On this dialog, you can select/deselect the relevant add-ins, then click on the Update Addins button to submit the changes.
