How to retrieve a nitro sign document that I did not download

I omitted to download a student accommodation contract (with STUDAX residences Leuven Belgium) that I had signed via Nitro link within the timeframe the link was active. 
 

I am starting a study year with KU university in Leuven Belgium and need to submit a copy of the signed accommodation contract to register with the university.
 

How can I retrieve a copy of the signed document given link to download same has expired?

Hi @Sam McDonogh

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums.

When the document is signed, there should be an option for you to download the link once you login to your Nitro Sign account.

If that link is no longer available, you have to request a copy to the sender as they should also have a copy of the unsigned and signed document.
