Chad Rollins Posted September 17 Report Posted September 17 I received an email that my esign access had "expired." However, I purchased unlimited many years ago with NO time limit. There is no customer support or method to look into this. I have my receipt which lists this.
Chad Rollins Posted September 18 Author Report Posted September 18 Two things: 1. - Why was my post from yesterday not answered and removed? 2. - Why did I get an email stating my e-sign would be disabled at the end of this month? I have an active license with a receipt for unlimited e-sign. There is no time period for this.

Ash Nadan Posted September 20 Report Posted September 20 , I have the same issue and have replied to the email sent to me by the Nitro Team. However I got a reply saying that this mailbox is not monitored. Let me just update you here Hello there, I believe this would be a breach of the conditions under various provisions of the ACL. I do not wish to go into too much detail with you so please refer to the original agreement that I had with Nitro when I first bought the software and you will see that your claim is incorrect here. It clearly states that I have unlimited access with the productivity suite with no time limit. In the meantime do not take away my access or create any issues with my platform as this will negatively affect my work. I remain at your disposal if you have any questions. 1

How and where do I send that to you? I do not see a direct link for your contact information. A ticket cannot be submitted via the link you provided, because the link is just a convoluted process which merely takes me (the user) back to this forum. Chad Rollins Posted September 23 Author Report Posted September 23 Josesph, The reference # is 229932831. Like many others, I purchased the productivit suite with zero time limit on e-sign. In fact, this was a major factor in my decision to purchase Nitro. Please advise. Thank you,
Chad Rollins Posted September 27 Author Report Posted September 27 still waiting. My subscription was a perpetual license. I already provide my reference number. I do not want to have an interuption in a few days. Please advsise as this is time-sensitive. Thank you,
Official Nitronaut Joseph Capiral Posted October 1 Official Nitronaut Report Posted October 1 Hi @Chad Rollins Thank you so much for providing the reference number for your license. I apologize for the late response. I was able to update your Nitro Sign license, and you should now be able to continue using it indefinitely. Thank you.
Sheila Ange Posted October 2 Report Posted October 2 I also have the exact same issue and there is no where on your site to contact someone to get this fixed. Please help!
