Hello, we have an existing account but received an email stating "Your unlimited eSigning promotion for Nitro Sign has ended. To ensure continuous access, we’ve extended your promotion until September 30th. After that date, the promotion will end and you will no longer have access to eSign features."

If possible, we would like to extend our existing plan. If not possible, we would like more information on the closest available plan to what we already currently have. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we don't have a way to extend the expiring promo, however, if you have bought a Nitro PDF Pro license, kindly share the invoice details or reference number so we can check and see if license includes unlimited Esign so we can restore your Nitro Sign access.
