Deactivation does not show devices

I tried to deactivate my licenses from my old PCs but when I click the deactivate button it tells me no devices were selected. 

Please help,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums.

If it tells you that there are no devices selected, there is a chance that all devices have been deactivated on the license.

You'll see the status of the serial number at the button where it says 2 out of 2 or 0 devices activated on the serial number.

I've attached a screenshot as a reference.
