I have a Nitro Pro subscription which includes Nitro Sign. But Nitro Sign now says my licence has expired. When I bought Nitro Pro there was no mention that Nitro Sign would ever expire

Its almost impossible to get anyone from Nitro to support. I have been trying to sign into Nitro on my new laptop but it says my subscription has expired. The official nitro support puts me in a loop as it asks for the serial number of my product before offering help. Does anyone have an email or phone number I can call?

My nitro sign account says it expired even though I have a lifetime subscription. Please let me know how to restore it. 

Serial number 504XXXXXXXXXX I have a copy of the receipt says Nitro Productivity Suite Includes Nitro pro for desktop and Nitro Cloud for unlimited e signatures. April 17, 2020 Reference number #219XXXXX from cleverbridge.
