Douglas Jacobson Posted October 1 Report Posted October 1 My license did expire. I bought a new one today, but when I try to log in to Nitrosign, I can't get past the "license has expired - contact owner" banner.

Susan Hammons Posted October 7 Report Posted October 7 Hello. I am also having issues signing in. I have a new computer, trying to Activate Nitro Pro on new computer, have logged in, but it says I need to buy it again. I just need to Activate on new machine. Serial # does not show complete number on old machine, just a few numbers then XXXXXX's. Can someone please help me Activate on new machine?

I dont know how to renew the licence as we only login to send documents for signing, nothing else? Can someone please direct me how I can renew licence? Greatly appreciate any help, thanks
