After checking your account records, I can see you have single-user licenses. This license model is incompatible with a Terminal Server. Purchasing a Nitro PDF Pro 14 from our website will not give you a license-file model that is only an Enterprise installer. To be able to get an Enterprise installer with a license file, you must purchase 20 users or more through our Sales Team by filling up our online form https://www.gonitro.com/contact-sales I hope this helps!
