My original purchase, invoice number AKD-XXXXX was for Nitro Productivity Suite, including Nitro Pro for desktop PDF productivity and Nitro Sign for unlimited eSignatures. This was sold to me in 2021 with no license expiry, I believe as a special offer at the time. Clifford Benderoff Posted October 29 Report Share Posted October 29 My associate has NitroPro version 13 with NitroSign (purchased 2/25/21) installed. She is also having trouble with her NitroSign license. Just recently when requesting a signature on a document it says her license has expired and is asking her to pay for a new subscription. I would post her license number here but wouldn't want it made public in this forum. Could I provide an invoice number instead? Thanks. I paid a few months ago, and now it says my license has expired and I can't send documents for signature. It's very frustrating and not good business to do this when you are advertizing unlimited signatures. Can you hel me out, please or I may just have to find another program like Adobe.
