Matthew Morano Posted October 6 Report Posted October 6 (edited) I purchased the Nitro Productivity Suite which included Nitro Pro for desktop PDF productivity and Nitro Cloud for unlimited eSignatures. My serial number is 5049XXXXXXXXXX I am now receiving a message that my e-sign access in being cancelled despite paying for unlimited signing without a time limit/expiration. Yesterday, I upgraded from Nitro Pro 13 to Nitro Pro 14 (50498379XXXXXXXX thinking that may be needed to restore my access to e-signing, but that did not work either. PLEASE RESTORE E-SIGNING IMMEDIATELY - THIS IS CLEARLY A PROBLEM THAT IS AFFECTING MANY NITRO USERS THAT PURCHASED A PERPETUAL ESIGN LICENSE. Edited October 6 by Joseph Capiral masking serial number
